I bought this just for the Who Ya Wit series. Ms. Hampton has done it again. I am completely in love w/ Roc. I wasn't disappointed at all. I was surprised w/ the ending, mixed feelings about it. Won't spoil it for anyone else. As other reviewers feel I really hope this isn't the end for Roc & Dez. I look forward to reading more about them.
The other story in the book Chocolate Temptation I would give it 1 star. The main character was redundant, I felt like the same things were repeated over & over & over again. It was long & dragged on, I struggled to finish it & thought about just giving up on it several times. I got so tired of her sexual day dreams every few pages. The sex was just thrown it & it took away from an already lacking story line. The best part of the book was the last page. There was finally a slightly unexpected twist that added some excitement. With over 200 pages to the story, the author could have made it better by finishing it & not leaving the reader hanging just to do a second part bc it def feels like that's where it's heading. After I stuck w/ this book till the end, I ended it feeling disappointed & cheated.

I just completed reading Full-Figured 5 by Brenda Hampton and Rose Jackson- Beavers and I must say I loved the stories. Brenda Hampton's Who ya Wit continue to bring the heat of a cougar and a young man. Desa Ray is over 40 but she felled in love with the 25 year old Roc. Desa Ray is an upstanding hard worker, family woman who've never been in trouble. She meets Roc and fire hits her in the butt so fast she falls in love with him. Roc is a thug. Simply put who will do you if you let him. But there is something about Desa Ray that keeps the heat with the uncanny lovers.
In Hot Chocolate Rose Jackson-Beavers switched her writing with ease from Christianm to teens to inspirational and now some Urban heat. Her story is unique as she deals with a professional woman who moves from daydreaming and fantasying to current moment in the same conversation. It didn't start that way buy Malika is in heat. She has met this fine hunk of chocolate, Darrius who is the IT guy for her company. In his presence she finds herself drifting off into day dreams filled with smacking bodies and tantalizing sex with her contracted worker. Occasionally Darrius has to call her name to bring her back from la-la land. He dosen't have a clue he in being sex like crazy in Malika's mind. In her right mind, she would never be sexing a man outside her wonderful hasband, but this man got her mind going in and out of sexual sex dreams. Her employees want what she seemd to have, which is a young man who loves thick sexy smart women, this sets up nothing but drama at the office. Will she eventually leave her daydream and have real hot sex with the hired help?
These two women brought the heat with these full- figured sexy women. They are confident and beautiful and have these men going crazy for them. I totally enjoyed Brenda's story and I love the style of Rose Jackson-Beavers. These women deserve a handclap for these two stories! Recommend highly!

Full Figured 5 was an AWESOME read. The story of Roc and Desa Rae is complicated, but intoxicating and adictive at the same time.
I'm hoping this is not the end for these two, and am also hoping this will begin the makings of a full novel.
Brenda Hampton did her thing....once again!
